Driving Skills Academy offers MTO approved Beginner Driver Education courses. Driving Skills Academy provides both the mandatory 20 hours Online Learning, 10 hours of Homelinks, and 10 hours of in car lessons. The Driver’s Licence History provides proof of successful completion of and graduation from a BDE course and is widely recognized by the insurance industry as proof of course completion. BDE graduates with a Driver’s Licence History may be eligible for an insurance discount.
Due to the life adjustments of the inconvenience of Covid-19 we have now transitioned to Online Learning for our driving school course. With our digital E-Learning platform you are now able to successfully complete the online portion of the course at the convenience of your own time and pace, but the whole course must be completed within the 1 year time frame in order to be certified.
Driving Skills Academy in-car sessions work around the busy schedule of our students to be as accomadating as possible. The instructor’s schedules are flexible 7 days a week and we make our students our number one priority. Driving Skills Academy uses both clean and safe cars to teach students. We provide you with the best driving instructors in Toronto and our instructors are very professional, well-trained, educated, patient, and friendly.
All in car appointments are held one on one between the student and instructor. All of our instructors are MTO qualified and approved. At the academy we do not have hidden costs, we are up front and extremely competitive with our prices.
Driving Skills Academy also welcomes and offers training to Seniors and students new to Canada.
Driving Skills Academy students are not only equipped with the skills to drive on the road, but also emphasize defensive driving for skills to survive on the road.
